Renewable Energy with Armstrong Air & Space Museum

Date:
Wednesday, June 28, 2017 - 2:00pm

We use electricity for a multitude of purposes in our everyday life, but how is it created?
Participants will explore how we use energy, how it can be generated, and the lasting impacts our energy usage has on the environment around us.
Watch as we utilize an alternative source of energy to power our demonstration! Understanding our own energy consumption and generation will fuel young minds as they begin building a better world.
Don't forget to bring your Summer Reading Booklets to the program! Staff will stamp the attendance record in the booklet. Attend 3 programs to earn a summer reading t-shirt, while supplies last!

FREE LUNCH for kids will be served following the program, while supplies last.
